Great turn out for National Women's Ride day!

Ingrid Ernestl listens to advice on gear selection and cadence while climbing hills on Sunday in the Rattlesnake.
This was Ingrid's first mountain bike ride ever! Although Ingrid had loads of experience riding bikes in Europe, she had never ridden a MTN-bike with gears.
I was proud of her descending skills! She was aggressive on the downhills riding some choppy rock sections and pushing her physical limits.
WAY TO GO INGRID!
