This was quite a surprise, Calf Creek Falls was more like an oasis in the Desert. This moderate hike is about 5 miles round trip and through a gorgeous canyon. Look to the east wall about a mile and half up the canyon for a group of sweet pictograph panels. These date back to AD 1200.
We ended up camping at the base of the trailhead and ended up driving up the highway to a spectacular sunset.
